Terms & Conditions
The request will be confirmed within 24 hours indicating the reservation number that must be included in the correspondence that followed.
The check-in is by appointment between 15:30 hours and no later than 19:30 hrs
Check-out is done by appointment no later than 10:00.
Any requests for a check-in and check-out outside of these hours must be agreed in advance and will have an additional cost of € 50.00.
The customer agrees to sign at check-in documentation for the Public Authority and the Police to release a copy of a valid identity document.
In case of bank transfer the payment must be made at least 7 days before arrival by sending the receipt with the transation ID
Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days from arrival it's possible to cancel or reduce the days of the reservation without paying any penalty, excluding 5,00 EUR charge for practical management.
Cancellations and reductions of stay from 30th to 15th day will apply a 50% penalty on the amount paid.
In case of cancellations or reductions of stay from 14th to the day of the penalty will be equal to the amount paid. Security deposit
A deposit is expected upon delivery of the keys in proportion to the length of stay and type of apartment.
Leases over 30 days
In only one case of leases over 30 days, the registration fee pursuant to law (1% of the total fee with a minimum of € 33.50 + € 30.00 for stamps) is believed to be charged to the customer who is committed to Immediately pour the check-in and cash.
The customers must also sign a lease requider by Italian law for tourist.
Arriving by car
If you arrive with a car in order to acces in the ZTL (traffic limit zone) you need to call us by phonre at +39 331 879 4419
Standards of Conduct
The customer must observe the rules of good neighborliness, and to avoid behavior that could cause discomfort or harm the other inhabitants of the building or neighbors.
The customer agrees to return the property in the same condition in which it was given at check-in.
